Check-In Time

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

Check-Out Time

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged based on availability at additional cost.

Identification

Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation at check-in. Please note that checking-in is permitted solely for the individual whose name appears on the reservation.

Non-Smoking

All guest rooms are non-smoking (including vaping). A $250.00 + tax cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in your room. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Pets

With the exception of registered service animals, pets are not allowed at the Kins Hotel. Emotional Service Animals are not allowed.

Deposit Policy

Upon check-in, the hotel will charge your credit or debit card for the total cost of your room and taxes for the entire stay. Additionally, a $100.00 (weekdays and Sundays) and a $250 (Fridays and Saturdays) incidental deposit per night will be required to cover unforeseen expenses such as food, parking, and other miscellaneous charges. If the deposit remains unused, the excess amount will be refunded to the card on file. Please note that the amount of the incidental deposit is subject to change. A valid photo identification that matches the name on the card used for the payment must be presented at check-in to complete the deposit.

Cash Payment Policy

Please be advised that we are a cashless property and do not accept cash payments for any transactions. All payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking or check-in or for any on-site purchases. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery) and debit cards. Any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cashless payment policy.

Guest Room Occupancy

Guest room rates are quoted based on the occupancy published at the time of booking. Children under the age of thirteen (13) may stay in the same room with their parents while utilizing the guestroom’s existing bedding at no additional cost. Additional person charges are subject to the appropriate state, local, and any occupancy taxes in effect at the time of your stay. Additional persons over thirteen (13) years of age will be charged at the applicable published rate.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping service is provided once every two (2) days. If you require service on a different day, kindly request it before 12:00 PM on the day of the requested service. To request housekeeping services, you can reach out to the Front Desk by dialing 0.

Safety

At the Kins Hotel, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. It is our practice to enter any occupied guest room at a minimum of once within a 24-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy. Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied guest room.
